These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mandali mobile application ("App"), operated by Mandali ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any feature of the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use this App.
Mandali is a group companion application that provides the following features:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@prexoratech.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each phone number may be registered to only one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

When you create a group, you become the Group Admin. As Group Admin, you are responsible for managing group membership, inviting members, and ensuring the group is used in accordance with these Terms.

If a Group Admin deletes their account or leaves a group without transferring admin rights, we reserve the right to dissolve the group or assign admin rights to another member at our discretion.
Games in Mandali (such as Housie and Blink) use a virtual point system branded as **"Mandali Glory"** (represented by circular coin symbols or scores). These points are designed for entertainment and social use within private groups. Any scores, prize amounts, or ticket prices entered in the App are for informational tracking of these social points and standings only.
Mandali Glory points have **no cash value**, are not a virtual currency, and cannot be purchased, sold, or redeemed for real money. Mandali does not process, hold, transfer, or facilitate any financial transactions.
Mandali is not a gambling platform. All gaming features are intended for social entertainment within private groups of people who personally know each other, consistent with traditional games played at social gatherings. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of these features complies with applicable local laws.
Mandali is not responsible for any disputes arising between group members regarding game scores, leaderboards, prizes, payments, or game outcomes. All such disputes are strictly between the group members involved.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Mandali, including photos and profile information ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Mandali a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing the service to you and your group members.
You must not upload content that:
The Mandali name, logo, app design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Mandali. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
To ensure fair use, Mandali allows up to 200 memory photos per user. We reserve the right to modify storage limits with reasonable advance notice to users. We will notify users before enforcing any reduction to existing storage limits.
Your use of Mandali is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at api.mandaliapp.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Mandali is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for any content uploaded by users. We do not endorse any content shared by users within the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mandali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mandali and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.
You may delete your account at any time via the Profile settings in the App or by contacting us at support@prexoratech.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
